Program Details
The Master Naturalist Volunteer program prepares volunteers for stewardship, advocacy, education, and citizen science projects with leading environmental organizations in the Triangle.
Schedule
Classes are offered monthly on Saturdays, 9:00-noon. Some classes include field components. See individual class page for details.

Registration fee for the program is $125

Impact Projects

CEU Credits
Participants in this program may count their hours as part of their NC Environmental Education Certification.
You may use the 2025 class tracking form to record your hours. At the end of the year we will verify our attendance records, sign, and date your form for submission for approval.
We look forward to expanding into other counties in the future. Contact your county’s Extension Center to encourage them to offer this program in your area.
